I Got a Colonic to Perfect My Poop Routine

The colon, or large intestine, rids the body of food, bacteria and other waste. But some people are looking for ways to "improve" the process. Enter colon hydrotherapy. It's a process by which a large amount of water is flushed through the colon, via a tube that's inserted in the rectum.

Proponents of colon hydrotherapy claim it improves your health by removing toxins and say it can lead to clearer skin. There's no scientific evidence for these benefits, and medical experts even think it could be harmful. And yet colonics continue to be popular... so resident yes man, Grant Stoddard, put it to a physical test.
