EXMAS

As the development executive on EXMAS, I helped guide the project from early concept to greenlight. I worked closely with the writer and producers to refine the story, sharpen the characters, and package talent. It was a great lesson in balancing commercial appeal with emotional clarity, and in seeing how far a sharp rewrite can go.
